Gotcha Tea is a successful franchise and has worldwide outlets, recently stores have opened bubble tea stores in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Shopfitter G & K Projects has been awarded the first of 5 shop fitouts within Queensland, the Pinelands store was the first to be undertaken, designed in Melbourne by the Head Franchisor’s designer, G & K were handed the task to fitout this very exciting ‘’Flag Ship’’ project.

The Pinelands Centre, located in Sunny Bank Hills is the ideal demographic for this ‘’Bubble Tea’’ franchise.

The shopfitting project was completed within 10 weeks, this included delivery times for imported equipment and specialised stainless-steel items.

CONSTRUCTION NOTES:

​

The shop fit out included, Pink Glass blocks to the front of the main curved counter, illuminated by LED microlights hidden behind special pink acrylic panels. The ‘’Corian’’ main server counter top was manufactured off site using templates, G & K Projects appointed a Melbourne based specialised metal fabricator, to produce the sophisticated curved screens, Tea display and blade signage, the curved side feature walls included LED rope lighting, the central pendant light fitting with brass surround and lettering was supplied by Gotcha Teas Head Office

G & K Projects together with the QLD head franchisor are currently investigating new areas for the next 4 outlet’s planned for this year.
